As a hypnotherapist, we know that the majority of our behavioral patterns, beliefs and habits come from our childhood. We are not born with them, but we learn from our environment, school and of course our parents.
What if parents knew how they affect their children? What if they knew how their choice of words influences their child’s development and career? What if they had a few tips on how they can make their children grow up “happier”, more self-confident, and more independent? What if their responses to their child’s experiences was more positive? Yes, what if?
This course includes basic knowledge of NLP, as well as many exercises in Emotional Intelligence, i.e. self-awareness exercises, as well as games and tests to improve social awareness.
This course is for Hypnotherapists who wants to expand their services, for Parenting Coaches, other therapists, NLP practitioners and anyone interested

With a background in natural Psychology, Mona has always believed in the power of the mind, and the ability of self-healing.
She holds certifications in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Kinesiology, EFT, Pranic Healing, Emotional Intelligence, Pain Management, Transactional Analysis, HypnoBirthing, HypnoFertility, and Hypno-Coaching, and is the founder of the international program “Hypno-Parenting”.
Since 2005, she is a certified and accredited instructor for Hypnotherapy through the NGH (National Guild of Hypnotists), and for NLP through the NFNLP (National Federation of Neuro-Linguistic Psychology).
In 2015, she founded the Lebanese Syndicate of Hypnotherapists, a milestone for the profession in Lebanon.
She also conducts various trainings such as Train the Trainer, Customer Service, Leadership, Presentation and Communication Skills at a wide variety of large and small organizations.
Mona has a keen sense to identify the factors that hinder the positive development of groups and individuals alike, and does so with creative techniques, along with a contagious passion, compassion, diplomacy and motivation. All of these have led to significant positive changes to the groups and individuals she has addressed and coached.
Mona appears regularly in TV interviews, and has inspired audiences speaking at industry events in Boston, Las Vegas, Zurich, Berlin and London, and corporate events in the UAE, Bahrain and Lebanon.
She has received the award for “Connecting Worlds” at the Hypnose-Kongress in Berlin.
Coming from an Arabic-European background, having lived in several countries and continents, and being fluent in 4 languages, Mona epitomizes the flexibility and understanding needed to adapt her training style to cultural, unique and individual needs.
