“Emotionally Intelligent Education™”
- Effective teaching and learning -
A concept for students, parents and teachers
Children often experience a whirlwind of emotions, dealing with parents’ and school demands. The child’s perception of his capabilities and strength are imprinted at a very early age, and for older students, at the age of graduation, the work, economy and life perspective in general is often painted in a de-motivating way.
The main goal of this interactive program is to empower children to believe in themselves and their strengths and motivate them towards a successful future. The tools used are chosen to suit every age’s interests.
The concept includes an educational workshop for parents and teachers to help them discover the uniqueness of the child, learn new ways of communication and teaching, and understand how their children can achieve best.

What tools we implement:
“Emotional intelligence is the ability to perceive emotions, to access and generate emotions so as to assist thought, to understand emotions and emotional knowledge, and to reflectively regulate emotions so as to promote emotional and intellectual growth” - Mayer & Salovey, 1997.
Neuro-Linguistic-Programming helps understand the ways our mind works – „how’ we learn instead of „what“ we learn. Together with Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), it is a powerful tool to quickly and effectively change thoughts, behaviors and beliefs that get in our way. Through modeling and self-hypnosis techniques, we teach students and teachers to empower themselves positively.
Our mind perceives information through our senses. We picture, imagine, sense, feel etc… The model of linear learning does not resonate with our brain patterns. With Mind Mapping™, our brain can process the information as a picture, thus helping memory and understanding.
Communication, including non-verbal communication, which accounts for 90%, is one of the most fundamental of human activities. It is of vital importance in our personal life, as well as in nearly all the organizational and social settings. Becoming aware of the way and the effects of how we communicate with our children from the minute they are born, with parents, students, teachers, colleagues and friends often lead to better results, an empowering sense of cooperation, and a general good atmosphere.
When our subconscious mind is in a receptive mode, every comment or word can influence and trigger a pattern, which can become an unwanted habit. Why is that so important to know? Because we are daily subliminally exposed to the power of suggestion. So why not use this power, this state of mind, whether as parents, children, or as self-talk, and allow positive suggestions to dominate?
Transactional Analysis clarifies our internal dialogue.
Non-violent Communication is based on the skill of communicating our needs and feelings.
The “law of attraction” has become a new source of hope and Motivation. However, positive thinking alone without action is not the key to achieving nor attracting. Studies have found that people will put in more effort, be more persistent and learn more deeply when they are intrinsically motivated. We help student elicit their intrinsic passion and their goals. With a clear goal in mind, we then implement visualizations, motivational and inspirational exercises of acknowledgement and gratitude.
Recognizing team building as a major component in the success of the individual as well as the class, our program is filled with interactive activities. Our special Drumming activity is a dynamic and unique interactive experience that unifies teams, energizes groups, and creates a sense of belonging and harmony. What you can achieve together is far greater than what you can do alone.
Imagine feeling committed, involved and respected, for who YOU are... Imagine Enthusiasm, Effective Communication, Trust, Confidence, Compassion... defining your school environment...
